Nice rant, but who said anything about trying to act brave? It's massively popular sport across a broad spectrum of interests, and millions of pictures of guns get posted across the internet every single day. Unless you're doing criminal shit or something to draw attention to yourself, nobody is sitting around compiling picture files on everyone for what they own.

I can't believe I'm being put into the position of defending the FBI, but I'm sure they peruse this site just like they do every other social media site, but unless you're doing something to break the law or draw attention to yourself in a negative way, they're not going to subpoena TD for user information to track us down just for posting pics of our collections. I know our system is wholly corrupt, but the scale of social monitoring it would require to accomplish what you're suggesting is beyond anything any local field offices could come close to handling.
