I find it easy to accept that someone would die for me. I find it impossible to understand why.
What would the God who created the entire universe and everything in it, along with all the incredible people I have ever known or read about find of value in me to the point that dying for me was even a thought?
Sometimes I think the church should spend some time focusing on teaching people how to forgive themselves, and not just others.
Perhaps that was his message all along. As well as to forgive yourself.
