I would argue to say only GOD can only change your heart , and it comes with repentance and changing your mind about our loving Heavenly Abba GOD, as well as the things you invite into your mind through TV, Movies, books etc..... Reading the bible and prayer along with worship will help your mind and in turn you get your heart changed. Peace be with you brethren.
