This is why obesity exists. People pre 1970s weren't overweight like they are today. There's sugar in everything to make up taste after taking the fat out of everything. You never see an animal who's overweight unless they've been domesticated.

from what I understand, every other country outlawed high fructose corn syriup and only use pure cane sugar, also the cane husk has many minerals, it is the refined sugar and HFCS that is creating fatty livers and diabetes.

Turns out there are two types of sugar, Glucose which is natural sugar our whole body can process, all the cells.. but fructose, that shit can't be burned by the body, so it needs the liver, (just like alcohol) to convert it down to other chems we can burn spiking insulin to store all this sugar as fat in the liver..

once your liver fills up, it starts dumping these fat cells in-between your organs and results in a huge gut. If we cut out the refined sugar and return to diets were we got from fruits only in season and eat more meats, salads and vegetables without the huge carbs and HFCS in every single product, our livers would heal, and our bodies would stop craving a coke ever hour.

I was there too, eating is like smoking.. we only need to eat once or twice a day good food and then stop shoving shit in your pie hole

Yes. What you said. I rarely drink soft drinks, just water. I've only been slightly overweight when I was briefly unemployed, ate comfort food (junk) and didn't exercise enough (daily walking). It's really not hard. You just need to get through a week of good habits and it becomes easier. Never understood people who remain overweight. At the very least, it's uncomfortable.
