The magic happens when you embrace your insanity and find out you still hate yourself. I have seen it with diets, plastic surgery and clothing. If you hate what you see in the mirror, no cosmetic change will work. You can change your genitals, it won't change what you see. I cant imagine Bruce Jenner wakes up any happier now then he did years ago. The only difference is he can no longer talk about it.
