I think this is more of Obama 3.0 than Russia testing anyone.

Obama failed in Ukraine, and failed in a big way; if you remember the US Navy had already posted bid info for revamping the Russian base at Stavropol for their use. Such arrogance!

So we are running the Obama playbook for a war with Russia, one that Hillary was to run but Trump got in the way
