There is. Join your local fraternal organizations. Elks, Lions, Masons, etc. Socializing in person is the best way to get people and their personalities.
Its gonna require someone with the means and desire to organize a physical private town and recruit conservative people. I kinda wish some based Monastery would do this like they did in the early medieval days. There are millions of us looking for a place like that to go to, but we lack the means.
