Here is a crazy question. Could the dislike button (and subsequent total count) be considered “speech” by American citizens? Considering that this is one method we have of showing our disapproval of the current resident, could the removal of dislikes be shown to be equivalent to removing negative Twitter responses on the GEOTUS Twitter feed, which was deemed illegal by federal courts?
It would be glorious if we could weaponize your research to force YouTube to show the real count.
