Too bad you missed out on Reagan. There was real Patriotism across the country for a brief spell. Not at the same level as Trump has inspired, but it was the only time in my life where I didn't hate our government.

Didn't Reagan turn NY red? I live in NY and that still remains as one of my greatest dreams.
In 1984, he turned every state but Minnesota red.
