Well maybe I do?

It’s insanely comforting to have a place and connect with all you pedes who share the same frustration with the Dems and love for Trump

As someone who suffers from agoraphobia, it’s hard to talk with people in real time who aren’t suffocated by the media and refuse to change their libtard ways. Call me weak but whatever.

Happy Easter to all you lovely ladies and gents!

Remember Trump won by a lot and Joe Biden is a pedophile, and Jeffery Epstein didn’t kill himself

Became agoraphobic after life slung its shit.

Hard workouts, eating healthy and sleep helped TREMENDOUSLY. I know it sounds cliche, but hard workouts really allowed me to overcome the free floating anxieties and return to normal. Idk why.

Peace and love brother.

I've experienced a small amount of anxiety over the past year when outside my home as well. Not so much Covid related, unless I was expecting a hassle about not being masked. I suppose for me the stress of watching lots of riots and the uncertainty of the future now makes me subconsciously want to stay sheltered away from the world. I've always been very independent and I can be alone for very extended periods without feeling lonely or bored. At least I've got that going for me. Haha

I swing from introverted to extroverted, but I can relate to your sentiment of being okay being alone.

Get out and move, push yourself past what you are today. Idk why but that shit is better than heroin. Not the high, but the satisfied feeling for the rest of the day. Destroys anxiety.

Semi-related but there’s a term for that that isn’t mentioned very often - an ambivert! It describes someone between an introvert and extrovert.

Thank you. I'm working on things daily, well except for that exercise part. Perhaps soon though.

Small steps each day. There’s much more to you than you realize.
