Ask yourself what is the easiest way to commit fraud in an election? If you've been paying attention you know it is mail-in voting. Guess what the new law enacts: No excuse absentee voting. Without a signature check. Another thing is an insane extension of early voting that is 17 days before the election.

Now you know why Kemp is doing this. Why he's not allowing people to look at original ballots instead having them look at copies. He's corrupt, he's pulling the wool over your eyes.
