When I was a kid 30 some odd years ago, we didnt question vaccines. They were administered without consent and it wasn't a bad or a good thing, it just was what it was. Fast forward to today, we aren't just requiring the 10 or less ( I dont remember) vaccines I got. They are are getting something like 20+ maybe more. Lots of them are given as a group vaccine, basically injecting you or your kid with 3 at the same time.
Again the point is that we have no clue wtf this is doing to us or our kids.

Edit: Just for context, prior to vaccines and antibiotics (so talking 1800-1860ish) the average life expectancy was 38 years old. Its now 78 years old. Yeah that sounds a hell of a lot better to me.

Far less people work in dangerous jobs, and those that do have proper safety gear and safety standards. We have much better insulation and temperature control, and dryers.

Well first things first, you have 18-24 children, half of them will die before their 4th birthday. Half again of that will die before their 10th birthday. Go visit a graveyard look for the family graves prior to 1910. Lot of "dead before the age of 12" graves, a lot. Even my mom's family from Germany had 18-25 kids. My grandmother on my mom's side had 9, of those 9 only 3 survived into adults. The rest died from measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox, polio, and whooping cough.

Your 10 siblings in a communist country didn't have the issues because the vector for infection was broken where you were living. This is why if you go to Haiti you can get polio, but if you cross over to the Dominican Republic your chance of getting it is less than 0.1%
Your basic lack of understanding for transmissibility aside, and the fact that cleaner sewage helps doesn't remove the fact that transmissibility points were always the primary issue. Though it also helps when the large swath of the population already has herd immunity - something even communist countries figured out was far cheaper to implement then actual health and sanitation measures.
FYI neither malaria or smallpox were wiped out in North America by sanitation. It was mass draining of swamps to kill the mosquitos that carried it(as far north as central Quebec), and vaccines that wiped out smallpox.

The childhood vaccine schedule is reckless. There’s no other way to say it. We have to give every newborn within minutes of birth a Hep B shot, containing 16 times the toxic level of aluminum, which is a neurotoxin. All because some babies were getting Hep B from their mothers during vaginal delivery. OB’s do STD screens. So it’s literally only given due to hookers and promiscuous women. Also- the vaccine wears off before the child is sexually actively. However, I can’t avoid getting it because it’s on the CDC schedule. I delay it to the two week appointment but still have to inject my baby with a pointless shot.
You can refuse the vaccines, just keep telling them you'd like to do it on a delayed schedule, or find a midwife and have your baby at home. Most midwives are in it for the right reason and wont charge more than the cost of your insurance deductible (~$2500 average with prenatal care). Bear in mind too, "well baby check ups" are just vaccine appointments. Find a naturopath for check ups if you can.. I would recommend refusing or at least looking into the dangers of the vitamin k shot too given at one day old. 28 jabs before 2 years old. It's insane, a baby under 6 months old does not have the immune system to fight off these diseases, they rely on breastmilk for immunity, thus the vaccines for infants are loaded with adjuvants. Doctors know this, and when I asked a doctor about this once, I was told vaccines are given to children under 6 months "to train the parents". 79.8% of babies who die of SIDS had a vaccine within 24 hours, as per the CDC (check the link under "results"). Doctor was encouraging me to get it a couple years later... protects against 4 strains, people saying it could be incredibly painful to get abnormal cells frozen off later so just get the shot, all of that, but still it was so new, never got it. FWIW - the American Red Cross isn't asking donors whether or not they have been vaccinated, which means there is vaccinated blood circulating without being flagged as such. This seems so problematic to me.
