Nah you can't profit from selling your body. Only the medical companies who extract it from you may profit. Those plasma donation places call your payment a "donation/gift" for your time... So I can buy hookers and blow as long as I'm donating to the dealer/hooker or giving them a gift 🤷♂️
Some countries you can sell your blood, which in my opinion, is the only fair exchange since these Red Cross Societies make money hand over fist on-selling it to the medical industry.
It's likely in countries where it's legislated against remuneration for blood, that it's been lobbied to be that that way.
I use to donate, until I found out that they profit and being a rare O RH- myself, can only imagine what they on-sell my blood for while claiming they are a charitable organization -- not to mention the risk, however low, of cross contamination or infection from the process of giving blood.
I'm a universal donor and refuse to get the poke. My blood is gonna be worth big bux soon.
