They, blacks, had more intact families than whites and most blacks lived above poverty before the welfare programs designed to “help” them were implemented by Democrats. The Democrat was the party of slavery, segregation, the KKK, and Jim Crow. Nothing has changed today besides Democrats now pretend to be the friend of blacks So who is sowing division? The Democrats. Malcom X said the most dangerous person for black communities is the white liberal. Keep that in mind when someone is telling you blacks can’t rise out of poverty because they are too dumb to get an ID.

I agree with everything you said. Democrats are the enemy of the black community. My comment was directed at OPs message suggesting blacks show gratitude towards white soldiers who died at war. I pointed out that blacks helped build this country and often weren't allowed to fight in wars. Then I suggest OP is trying to divide us to help the Democrats.
With all due respect, they were slave labor. In that sense, yes they helped. Imagine if they weren't slaves back then, how much are they helping now?
