Normal stocking up by people has never before made the shelves so bare, and unlike before the production of ammo is now not even making it to large suppliers dealers, and stores. Powder, primers, and bullets are not even available for re-loaders. If people are stocking up where are they "stocking up" from ?
Even Walmart has been out of everything for months. They are one of the biggest buyers in the country. There has been no rush on their "supply" because their is no "supply".

Regarding the stocking up - obviously from stores, but the stores are out, which is why it takes so long to get.
