When breaching the building, you had to consider the notion that someone was going to die inside that building. If you can't consider that and still feel that the dead woman is an innocent victim, then your no better then the perpetual victims on the left.
Nobody who forced their way inside the building is a victim. Most stayed inside the main rooms and the hallways. The few that tried to breach offices or get into places that any reasonable person would not go.
