Land is a good thing to buy but if I were in your shoes this is what I'd do. Of course discard any of this according to personal preference but it may help.

I think the best way to live is how I live, but other people live it better than me because I don't have the best setup.

I travel in an older car, but it works for me. It's clean and just enough room for me to crash in at night. You'll need something better though since you can afford it. I like sprinter vans and here's why. A camper sticks out like a sore thumb so you can't crash in parking lots for free overnight. You can but your options are very limited plus you need a truck and that means more gas per mile. A sprinter van with the ability to properly vent while sleeping is ideal. First it looks like a commercial vehicle. It just doesn't stick out as much. You can put solar on it. You can travel anywhere at anytime.

A 10 acre plot of land has a few huge cons. You are trapped in winters if you live up north, and trapped in summers if you live south. You are limiting yourself to only one tiny location in the country. Most people don't realize how severely limited they become by setting up this way.

I have country club memberships in one area, access to beautiful beaches in another area. I compete for a living so I have multiple options in many different areas in any state I choose to compete in. If there is a fair or a concert in one place I can work my way there. I have tons of money because I have no bills. It works out great but yes I sleep in my car every night. No one I know knows that I do.

Yeah you don't want to be in major cities. I recommend moving to bigger towns that are upscale and nice but with low crime and stuff. The way to find these areas is to find a major city, then branch out a bit, maybe an hour away. The surrounding areas if major cities can be nice with nice people. That's the beauty of travel. You find these hidden gems that most people will never know about. I know of places that are so nice that I'd never publicly mention because then everyone would flock there and "peoplize" them lol. You will find these gems too, you just need to explore. You will not regret it.

A whole lot of truth in this post op, a ton of women fit this description. It’s why ads seem to target them like 4 to 1 or some shit

Debt free is the only way to be! I’m not there just yet, but it’s within sight. About 5 years to debt freedom!!!
