They cannot be reasoned with, they cannot be talked to intelligently. They behave and think in a very feral animalistic way. The only thing intercity blacks understand is violence. If you demonstrate that you are willing and capable of doing more violence than them they will be extremely polite and avoid you. If you try to talk it out with them instead it will be taken as a sign of weakness and its only a matter of time before you are physically attacked.
