Just being real, I know people who have had covid. Even tested positive. It was a random mix of ailments. My aunt got it and she just had zero energy for 24 hours. Work confirmed she had it for her. She was back to treadmilling 4 miles a day the next day. My cousin's husband caught it at work (in a hospital) and he was just fine, but he quarantined 2 weeks.
That's the only person I personally knew who had it.
Other people were friends of friends and family of friends and coworkers of friends. There were people who did die in the early months. My mom's coworker and his son caught it and died. They were both heavy smokers and obese, the son was only like 25. Others were elderly who passed away very early with it.

The second was my wife's student's parents. They had symptoms but felt better in 3 - 5 days.

From what i read, this new vaccine will block our natural defenses from combatting this virus. Applying this vaccine in the middle of a pandemic will create an unknown number of new variants as well. This is due to people not reciving adequate doses. My friend's eighty year old father with kidney infections and non-functional legs lived just fine in a nusring home for the entire lockdown. He died a week after getting the first shot of the "vaccine". They told his family that their Dad must have caught it in the days after the shot, despite being in the same lockdown conditions as he always had been.
They're always going to point to the answer they want, not the one that makes the most sense.
I know three people who fell ill, and tested positive for COVID via PCR in winter/spring 2020.
All resided in nursing home environments, and were in their 90's.
They also all beat it without medical intervention. Due to lockdown rules, they had to stay in their rooms unless/until incapacitated, at which point they would have been ambulanced to a hospital. They told me that several residents did that, and almost none of them ever came back (intubations).
All of three of 'em treated themselves in the same fashion which they have for nearly a goddamned century, and experienced no lasting effects. We've been throwing family parties all year with these folks in attendance, because goddamnit, there's no reason not to, and they deserve to enjoy their life.
Can you imagine being born in the depression, fighting in WWII, making America into a superpower, and then being told in your final years that your freedoms are moot, because the TV says so?!

I know three people who were "diagnosed" with covid. One was my 92 year old great grandmother who is the matriarch of our family. We treasure her like nobody's business, and she had no symptoms. She already has the "anti-bodies" for it and never noticed. She's the kind of woman who wakes up at 5am every day to go do yard work. She's a champ and a trooper.
The second was my wife's student's parents. They had symptoms but felt better in 3 - 5 days.
The third was my brother in law. He's the only one who was considerably sick for any amount of time, and he has weight issues... Not to mention, every symptom seemed like just the common flu. Not some special "Drop dead" virus.
In short, Covid is either bullshit all together or it is literally just the regular flu.
The regular flu went down something like 97% this year.

The virus is real. What’s not real is the danger of mass deaths. My doctors told me they know how to treat it now, and unless you have major underlying health issues or are elderly, you probably won’t die from it.

I literally only know one person who has actually been "sick" in the past twelve months. I know hundreds, if not thousands, of people.
I have seen no sickness, I have seen those who say that some doctor told them that they are sick. This is the primary topic and the reason for the medical appointment that I have made with my own personal doctor on Tuesday. He better answer correctly!
I know one person who has had it. She’s a nurse, got it in December and was sick for 3 weeks. She is not getting the vaccine and says that out of all the nurses/support staff in her workplace 52% have confirmed to their superiors that they will be getting the vaccine when it’s available for their age group, and 48% have stated they will not be getting it. Those that have said they won’t be getting it have been told if there is an outbreak at work they’ll have to stay home (without pay) for the duration of the outbreak.

I know people who say a friend or family member dies from it and i know people who have had it and say they felt sick and had trouble breathing, but I'd like to know how you would know if all of these examples were just the flu or pneumonia or a cold and everyone just lied to them

The wife of a person I know got it. She was fine after a week. He tested positive as well, never even got sick. My mother is old and has no immune system, and goes to church with hundreds of maskless people every single week. By the media's logic they should all be dead, especially her. She's fine.
Common colds and flus will cause false positives. People aren't any sicker, we're just noticing when they come down with the flu more because we're actually looking for it. The whole thing is a hoax, but we all knew that.

Unless you get tested for it, most people would have no idea they had it and would assume it was a basic flu. The only reason I got tested was if you had a day off you had to go get a covid test.

One more person who had a PCR test, tested positive one day, then another test the next day, tested negative. Never had symptoms, so just a false positive. But I bet that false positive was reported as a case of covid.

My mom had it supposedly. She has a few co morbidities and she came out ok. Only reason I'm fairly convinced she did indeed have it is because she lost her sense of smell for a while. That hung around for weeks after she was better. She only had to stay home from work for a while.
My boss said FOUR of his personal friends died from it. He also says they were healthy people. He is generally a very smart person but I don't buy it. I don't think he's lying but I think HE'S been given bad information but didn't question it.
My coworker had it, according to a positive test, and he was worried about getting it, but he lived through it. He said it was like a bad cold.
My nephew got it, he's 20? now. He has asthma and was real afraid of it but he got through it. Said it was like a bad cold. His girlfriend that he lives with didn't get it!!
My whole family might have had it early February last year. We were all REALLY sick for about two weeks. Felt like dying. We made it through. My son and I have mild asthma. I had skin cancer about 7 years ago. I'm a bit over weight but no one would call me fat. I have borderline high blood pressure.
My wife says her coworker's elderly parents both got it and died. They were in their 70s but I don't know anything else about them.
My friend's father died from Covid-19, however, he was already very sick and in an assisted living facility. In addition to Covid-19 he also had a staph infection, so it obviously didn't take much to put him over the edge. A very sad situation overall, but even if were the regular seasonal flu it could've been enough to kill him given his frail condition,

From what i read, this new vaccine will block our natural defenses from combatting this virus. Applying this vaccine in the middle of a pandemic will create an unknown number of new variants as well. This is due to people not reciving adequate doses. In other words, if someone only has their first shot and then transmits covid, the transmitted covid could mutate and make itself resistant to the vaccine. Once this new variant builds strength, it will attack the population worse than before as the populations natural immunity will be 100% blocked by this vaccine.

He does not specifically explain vulnerability of non vaccinated people, other than to say that they still have the natural blockers. He explains that the vaccinated will be the first victims, kind of like the elderly and obese this time around. If vaccine was given pre or post pandemic, this would be no issue. The ongoing pandemic x new vaccine = exponential mutation possibilities. most of my family tested positive and they all had a cold or flu. tldr covid is just the current flu, its in the name, and isn't scarier than previous years. it was obvious 2 weeks in, and its obvious now.
It's definitely real because no one in my family EVER gets the flu/sick and both my 67 year old parents just got it .But yeah, it's an intense flu. They're both on the mend. NOT WORTH SHUTTING DOWN THE WORLD FOR.

I can tell you, as someone who had the virus back in September of 2019 (or believed as his symptoms checked everything minus the missing taste, then got tested and has the antibodies)

The virus is shit, but if you actually rest, drink liquids and do what you would typically do to fight off the cold or Flu...two weeks recovery tops... the only issue would be that low grade 99-101 fever that bounces all over the place.
Bonus points, my parents both got it. My mother came down with the more severe aspects bacterial pneumonia and recovered (she also has some comorbidities, diabetic, and autoimmune disease). My father, being a type 2 diabetic only had the least severe reaction to the virus. Vitamin C, Niacin, Zinc and Chamomile Tea helped.
So far I know 3 people who have got it. All 3 recovered and one was in his 60's, overweight, and a liberal. They all said it's no worse than the flu.

Do not get me wrong Im not getting an injection for this, but the virus is a threat to people in the high risk zone. My dad died from covid. He also had a blood clot in his heart we knew nothing about and diabetes we knew nothing about. I got it and had the best sleep of my life for a few days lol. If you are high risk just be careful is all I would say.

My dad's friend and his wife got it. She got it fairly bad but lived. He got it and it was bad but not so bad it put him in bed. My dad didn't get it, my mom didn't, my sister and I were around them and didn't.
Of course when they got it they isolated the two weeks and all so I've never personally seen someone with it.
I do know I usually get a flu about 4 times a year and have not done so now in over a year. Typically it knocks me out for a day or so, I purposely let the fever run and sleep it off, and then it knocks back down to stuff I can deal with and I get on with life.

Two people in my office. One didn't know he had it until a mandatory test to fly to PNW. Went home for two weeks, came back and jokes about the runs. Second one knew she was sick and got tested. Stayed home with a cold. Was better in days and basically landed a two week "staycation". All jokes and in good spirits.
I know that the bum encampments under the overpasses are still just as full of bums living on top of one another in their own shit and piss as they were a year ago. Nearly everyone I know has had it, young or old. No deaths. No long term issues (that they report). It is a real virus but it is not the deadly plague the media wants us to think.

I only only know one person who has been hospitalized and he is dangerously obese with other medical conditions. He would have had the same outcome with the flu. Everyone else I know had cold like symtoms. Books are cooked, but we all know that here.
