It really is hard to tell. Elon Musk took 2 tests that swabbed each nostril and 1 came back negative & 1 positive. Who's to say for sure that it is actually real with such unreliable methods of identification. Anyone who tested positive could have been unlucky & got a test that tested positive by fluke.
