That moment when you realize millions of jews became Christians in His time, and only the thousands were the persecutors. The visible crowds before the pharisees and romans were calling for His execution, not the vast majority.

and the ones that didn't? You know the ones you hold in such on esteem that follow the Talmud.

The Jews couldn't even have a prisoner beaten without explicit Roman sanction.

The Roman army carried out the crucifixion, which is fitting, since they were the most international and diverse organization in the ancient world.

They weren't very diverse at the time of Christ. That was later, and it was disastrous for military discipline in the long run.

At the time of Christ, legionnaires had to be free born Romans. Latins and trusted foreigners served in auxiliaries which were kept lightly armed.

Right, don't beat up your fellow Christian, that is all your quote says... It doesn't counter anything. Serpents are not servants of God so your quote doesn't say don't tread on them.

Vengeance is mine, saith the Lord.

What does this mean to you?

Clearly it means sit back and take a big dildo up your ass because the Lord will do everything for you. The Song of Moses seems pretty clear to me. You should slay your adversaries. God wills it.

Of course I will welcome someone who wishes to be saved and repents but I will slay my adversaries.
