I expect most if not all vaccines to be mRNA vaccines. They are already working on mRNA flu vaccines.

I think mRNA technology is interesting in that it may help with getting the immune system to attack cancer cells. But right now we don't have any long term research in humans. We know these vaccines have had disastrous effects in mammals and it's just too much of a risk for what is not much worse than a common cold for most people.

Cancer cells are caused by the continual break down of the body with warped cell information caused by drugs, chemicals, bad diet etc.

To fix cancer is to heal the body.

To build your organs with proper cells you need proper nutrients. It’s actually not complicated.

But cancer is at the bad of end of the health spectrum for how poor condition your body is in.

But with a lack of nutrients because of fasting your body starts breaking down old cells that may become cancerous via autophagy.

By lack of nutrients I don’t mean deprivation. Eating chips is a lot different than eating cold pressed veggie juice.

I do think fasting is good though because it gives your body more time to fully process and cleanse the body of what’s gone in.

I like to eat an earlier dinner and then do breakfast at 9:30-10.
