Joe likes to drop hints here and there saying "I'm in constant contact with Barack" and all his policies are Obama's old policies but now he doesn't need to take the heat. This new bill has little to do with physical infrastructure (roads, bridges) but rather human and housing infrastructure with section 8 housing being forced upon in suburbs. It is a radical stimulus bill catering to all of Obama's special interest groups. Obama radicallized the DOJ and now it is reaping the rewards.

Muttsbitetoo --- Thanks. Obama is the point man of the Deep State in America. Soros and Davos gang provide the world wide funding but Obama is the one weilding the weapon of racism and getting all these woke policies enacted and pulling the strings. The position he is in right now is very dangerous for our country but nobody will speak out against him for fear of being called a racist. This is his dream job and he will run it with an iron fist.
