Something "clubby" happens when people become police, see bad things, and they can lose track of their true job. They will stick together in an "us vs. them" group. It is made worse by the stress of following orders to shut down businesses or make people wear masks. . .they have lost respect for themselves and the people have also lost respect for them.
Seeing a video like this will remind them who they are.
