I've gotta say, this system where our courts get final day on most things needs to change, a judge is human, they can bought, persuaded, blackmailed, have biases etc (as we've seen with most courts and the SC on elections), some things should be rules, laws and processes that do not require any court approval to be done, for example, auditing an election, it's the right of the people to verify who they voted for, processing of an elected official should keep their job, we hire and pay them, we can choose to fire them, that a judge gets to approve this or not is quite ridiculous
Lmao!!! Talk about going from frying pan to fire, if that was the alternative, we'll stick with what we have, some of these issues though seem like if a judge, for whatever reason, dismisses it, then it's over, an issue of an election audit shouldn't be dependent on a judges decision, that means a judge has the power to deny the people a right to verify their vote, that sounds ridiculous
