It's got to be We the People, doing Gandhi style unremitting pressure. Wherever Biden goes, mocking him with signs and jeers and throwing fake ballots at his motorcade.

Soft power works too.

Because the postal services criminal law enforcement division was given the directive to investigate the election fraud, and they don't wrap up til May. Til then we're in limbo, and they don't want a justifiable revolution/regime-change to be carried out by citizens in the interim.

I read an opinion piece earlier criticising where the USA military is putting its focus and says instead it should focus on those who believe in qanon. So tentatively you could say people think the military is on our side. Not saying T_D.win is qanon just with the overlap.

I heard it was general conspiracy theorists ("conspiracy theorists" are the people who continually prove the media is lying).

Everything is a right wing conspiracy theory until it comes out in a left wing article on how good the thing is and how we should all look forward to it.

You need the military to do that and the mil leadership is packed full of SJW so unless millions of people drop everything and risk their lives to stand up to DC and the DNC and the Media, it will never ever happen.

And we saw what happen last time we protested in DC, we have the KGB (fbi) tracking down everyone and arresting hundreds for protesting.

U.S. v. Throckmorton, 1898.

Biden is toast, by one means or another.

9
LarryBugman 9 points ago +9 / -0

Is there anyone here who can give a summary on this? I did a brief search but can’t see how it relates to our situation.

29
SurfingUSA [S] 29 points ago +32 / -3

A landmark Scotus ruling held:

There is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.

in other words, even a U.S. election can be thrown out if it was determined by fraud, and yes this ruling has been applied to at least two non-presidential elections if memory serves.

https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3907112/posts

Politics is not a black-letter game, even law isn't always black-letter.

When it gets too hot in the kitchen, people resign. See for ex.: Nixon.

7
TruthyBrat 7 points ago +7 / -0

35
GlockArm 35 points ago +37 / -2

We'll see right?

It's called realism, pal. Only way we get out of this is to stop fooling ourselves that a bunch compromised and paid of politicians will do the right thing and prepare to do it ourselves.

The more hopium you spread, the more time and control you lend to the enemy. People must be pushed against the wall before they push back.

Also, it should effect you literally not at all if someone doesn't agree. Since you think.....Somehow months after the fact, they're going to finally give in and say "well.....okaaaaay, fine. trump won...." The numbers and data have been rehashed a million times now. They taped the motherfucking counting station windows up and are on video pulling out suitcases of ballots where they were then recorded at 99% biden votes during the time counting them. You guys bitch and complain about people checking you each time. But then what happens? Nothing.

We have seen far in excess of what's "needed". The problem is the people who control the levers of power don't CARE, buddy. So we have to care. And the more you convince people someone else will take care of the issue, the less inclined people will be.

Stop breeding complacency. It's unhealthy.

-10
SurfingUSA [S] -10 points ago +4 / -14

There are two ways to be wrong about reality. 1. To imbibe hopium. 2. To be black pilled so as not to be able to absorb ANY significant improvement in a situation

It's funny how you have to make up so many convoluted reasons for people simply disagreeing with you. It just makes this even funnier shitposting knowing you think i'm an FBI agent with 10 accounts.

Kinda hyperbolic, don't you think?

It's really weird when someone responds to someone disagreeing with a laundry list of reason why, with "OMG DUH FBI N DERE 15 ACCOUNTS AT IT AGAIN." Almost like they can't really make a point against it.

Nobody said don't talk about the fraud. They just said, what's going to be done about it? And we've seen for months, in countless instances. That nothing will be done about it.

14
DaveMastor 14 points ago +18 / -4

cool, let's just cede half the battlefield to them.

I'm tired of people saying "civil war or bust, anyway wake me up when the boogaloo starts" - because even if that's true, which it may very well be, it's an excuse being made by too many conservatives so that they don't have to do anything. They can just sit on their porch with their boomstick instead of putting in effort.

Let's face it, if you can't put in a decent effort now - you're not going to put in a decent effort later, when the risks are even higher. If boogaloo is gonna happen, then we need the ground game of collecting and disseminating evidence now to justify it. Otherwise once bodies start hitting the ground a whole bunch of your allies are gonna go "yeah, um, what are we risking our lives for right now?"

There are two types of cucks in this site I can’t stand.

The ones that scream “Glowie” at anything that hints to doing patriotic stuff and the faggots that think it’s cute to joke about hiding guns. If it’s time to hide the guns, it’s time to use the guns.

There needs to be some planning and action here. Summer is upon us. I’ve seen ZERO stickies about a date to have a mass armed rally.

-6
R-A-T-S- -6 points ago +2 / -8

So you're looking for an event where you can just start shooting people?

10
BuyPepe 10 points ago +11 / -1

Absolutely not. Violence is not the answer and never will be. The right to bear arms is a fundamental part of our society. The right to peacefully and lawfully assemble is not only patriotic but the right thing to do to express our grievances. My concern is with the lack of organized lawful and peaceful gatherings since many here have reason to believe it he election was not conducted properly.

2
excaliboor 2 points ago +6 / -4

an event where you can just start shooting people?

November 3rd is way behind us.

The one where the government killed the Patriot Ashli Bennet, Jan 6th, is also way behind us. Everybody in that building was LARPing and nobody had the balls to protect Patriots from murderers. The second amendment is a LARP, nothing else. No conservative dares to use their guns. Y'all just love to brandish them.

And the left is starting to smell that scent.

Kyle Rittenhouse was a kid blinded by your LARP.

In a world with right to bear arms and defend your life, criminals wouldn't be in power - they would be on spikes. Not murdering people, keeping them locked down, cancelling work contracts, hanging on a thread begging for government money, shutting them up and hunting them down for exercising their opinion.

This isn't that world.

whataboob -1 points ago +3 / -4

It's not moping pede the highest court in the land has said it don't won't to no what ain't you getting I no it's frustrating because they are all corrupt bastard's trump warned of this litteraly and the GOP did nothing because they also wanted him out what chance have you got if your own team wants you out the only way is civil war there will be no more elections well fare any way

24
DaveMastor 24 points ago +25 / -1

The Supreme Cucks said no because they fear the left more than they fear us. Collating and disseminating this information is the first step to solving the problem.

In a court based scenario, the more absolute and easily understood the proof is, the hard of a time the courts will have to say no. A better information game mobilizes larger percentages of normies to push conservative lawyers and politicians to run more court cases and change more laws. Trump lost the aftermath of the election by having an absolutely shit information game. There is no scenario where additional information and proof HURTS.

In a civil war based scenario, the more absolute and easily understood the proof is, the more numerous and vigorous the fighters will be. The more people get involved in the system, pushing court cases, and then LOSING those battles, despite how solid their data is, the more committed they'll be to fighting even harder.

The more information, the more people push. The more people push, the more the government fears and cracks down. The more the government fears and cracks down, the more they back conservatives into the corner, forcing them out of their 9 to 5, or 6 to 8 safe spaces, and out on to the proverbial battlefield; where they become activists, problem solvers, and even as a last resort, warfighters.

Again, there is no scenario, legal, kinetic, or otherwise where more information, especially better presented and more easily understood information, makes the situation worse. I'm not holding my breath for the golden ticket, but this ground game right here is essential for drawing the battle lines for any metaphorical or literal engagements to come over the next few years.

12
SurfingUSA [S] 12 points ago +15 / -3

This, this, this.

Trump had a sh!t information and a sh!t legal game after the election, and Jan. 6 was a total disaster.

The multiple addresses fraud is an Exocet missile aimed straight at normie complacency.

It game-changes the info war.

And to connect the another series of dots here ...

Byrne says three have been murdered so far. Let's connect that dot to the Supreme Cucks blowing off a case that the Constitution had designed the Supreme Court to take 100 times out of 100. Roberts erupted in rage because they'd already offed Scalia and would just keep going if Scotus took Texas v. Pa.

The Dems kill to win, see: Arkancides.

4
SurfingUSA [S] 4 points ago +7 / -3

Put another way --

There are risks maybe not as pressing as IMMINENT MURDER to Scotus if they deny hearing a case that notes Billy, Sally and Mortimer concocted 2,800 votes between them to steal an election, but risks indeed.

The more likely scenario is the Dems get whipped in 2022, with Trump Speaker of the House, and impeach Pelosi and the other steal architects.

the WORST case scenario is that Biden is completely crippled given his lack of legitimacy, and Patriots work brick by brick to dissemble the managerial state that is the real devil in the room.

3
GlockArm 3 points ago +6 / -3

Your most likely scenario, in a rigged system where an illegitimate president sits in the office guarded by the military throwing our country down the tube with EO's, while they have years to solidify the same methods they used in 2020.......is a fair and square landslide?

Almost convincing me that you're a complacency shill on purpose.

Bingo. Trump didn't create MAGA. He's not the architect. He merely discovered MAGA sentiment and as the first candidate to advocate for it, we chose him to be our standard bearer. He's importance at the start of the movement can't be understated, but the idea doesn't rise and fall on his fortunes.

10

We’re so painfully behind on infrastructure. It’s honestly kind of sad that we don’t have our own banks, payment processors, social media, video hosting, legal funds, crowdfund, etc. All of that should be up and running at this point. Half this country is waiting to throw their money at legitimate alternatives to the rad-left big tech monopolies, so why isn’t it happening?

21
DaveMastor 21 points ago +22 / -1

Yes! I keep on hearing about how much smarter, richer, and more hardworking the conservatives are - but when it comes to building alternative solutions, they just seem to sit around counting their (rapidly devaluing) coins.

Most people agree that Twitter is a cesspool, that Facebook sucks. Most content creators hate YouTube. Reddit is a waste of time. Wikipedia is useless for anything vaguely controversial. All of these sites have serious technical problems such as shitty features or bad mobile apps that could be easily be beaten. Normies don't want politics, but having a better platform WILL draw them in. Since these companies are so focused on being woke, they've fallen massively behind on innovation (or do you really think that TikTok is the peak social experience?) - and that means there is an opportunity to do better than them.

A sustainable number of people won't flock to your platform JUST because it isn't a liberal piss-pit. It needs to be BETTER, which isn't hard to do, you just need to try. BitChute and Odyssey are great, but they don't have feature parity with YouTube - and even in my brief time on those sites I experience missing features or bugs.

Conservatives have the same problem with entertainment. Normies don't want to watch an emotional movie about how wonderful God is, as great as that might be for conservatives... they want to watch Avengers. So conservatives need to given them Avengers WITHOUT THE WOKE (which will already make it better, all other aspects being equal) - and until Conservatives realize this, the left will keep winning for no reason other than by-default. They will continue to take our kids from us, brainwash them to hate our ideals, and in the best case scenario for us, wait until we die before pissing on our graves.

11
weaponized_frogs 11 points ago +11 / -0

I keep on hearing about how much smarter, richer, and more hardworking the conservatives are - but when it comes to building alternative solutions, they just seem to sit around counting their (rapidly devaluing) coins.

Very well said. We need our own EVERYTHING, like now.

14
spezisthedevil 14 points ago +14 / -0

Because most viable alternatives are quickly bought up. Those that refuse to sell are threatened or falsely smeared into submission. While our enemies will vote literal pedophiles into public office, the right actually cares about morals and integrity, and the tech-left has access to everyone's online history. Anyone who isn't squeaky clean will be exposed by the left if they don't play ball. They threw everything they could at Trump but it wasn't enough (that we know). For all his minor faults he was actually fairly clean. That isn't the case for most people who are in the position to startup the services you've listed. Even if they are clean, they will get Pelosi's "wrap up smear" treatment. We are controlled by well organized blackmailers and extortionists. Conservatives are going to need to start embracing people who are exposed to be flawed if we want to get out of full commie hell.

-2
excaliboor -2 points ago +2 / -4

Do it yourself then. Start an alternative instead of being smart on the internet.

Lot of has to do with every time that a new alt to a thing is created, the lefties attack even lower. Like take gab for example. They came out and designed their thing. Lefties smeared it. Then they went for the hosting services. They went for the apps in the play stores. They went for the payment processing, the banks, hell even the credit cards. We have to build everything from the ground up. Which means starting the United Bank of Maga.

From the article, folks, this really is it:

That is what an organic election fraud database starts to look like. Here, let’s do one!

Billy X has 239 people living in his one-bedroom Pennsylvania house and they all voted. All public information. Billy should be proud of his diligence.

We connect Billy via 100 social media posts floating on the internet using a web crawler. Look, Billy is a steward for the local trade union. He hates Trump.

Data visualization indicates Billy corresponds with Sally B. and Mortimer W. They live in Virginia. They too, hate Trump; so says social media. Our new friends in Virginia interested in election fraud start adding their data about Sally and Mort. Here are two addresses for Sally and they tie to over 600 registered voters. Mort has over 150 living in his one bedroom flat.

This is how it looks, folks. This is just the surface of what can be found from current, available, public records, social media and internet communication. We can go hundreds of layers deeper and it is delivered in the blink of an eye.

So when you freak out about H.R. 1, which is terrible, remember, they may have Marc Elias in their corner but the Patriots have data, technology, and adversaries who leave dinosaur tracks.

17
Colonel_Chestbridge 17 points ago +21 / -4

Where is the actual data?

25
SurfingUSA [S] 25 points ago +28 / -3

from the article:

Citizen election fraud investigators are coalescing across multiple states sharing information, fraud profiles and actual data. We are helping with fraud investigative expertise and search technology beyond anything commercially available.

Author Jay Valentine has written a series of stellar pieces beginning right after the election ... his background is insurance fraud, and he could tell the election was a stinker immediately.

https://www.americanthinker.com/author/jay_valentine/

14
Colonel_Chestbridge 14 points ago +19 / -5

That’s great... but there really isn’t much data backing up these claims. I’m sure it wouldn’t be too difficult to find by someone with his background, but I’ve been burned by hopium before.

12

Absolutely Fren, we will wait for the data and not get carried away. It is good though for us as a group, esp. with u/DaveMastor (sp?) who has analyzed well the significance of these facts to the discussion, to anticipate how to frame and ACT ON the likely Normie Bomb that seems to be getting its own Manhattan Project right now.

6

Don't they mail crap to these addresses? Wouldn't it set off some major red flags with 1 residential address receiving 600+ voter mail pieces?

2
SurfingUSA [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Your tax dollars at work. (Election boards being dip-sh!ts)

On top of which, likely these are ballots shipped in from China and filled in on Long Island or whatever, then shipped into Pa. or wherever. I.e., they must have been able to tap into election databases to get names and some of the addresses to launch from.

49
SurfingUSA [S] 49 points ago +51 / -2

From Jay Valentine at American THinker:

We are getting reports some Secretaries of State are modifying mail-in ballot data to hide the tens of thousands of ballots received before they were sent.

This is a very bad idea.

Fraud data is like the world’s messiest crime scene.

Think of your worst nightmare crime scene with blood, bullet casings, broken furniture, spatterings, and that is how complex a fraud database is. If a criminal alters a crime scene, they always make things worse for themselves. They leave traces of who they were. More troublesome, they leave traces of what they are trying to hide.

We are thrilled people are trying to alter data after the fact. They are leaving tracks like a dinosaur walking through a field of peanut butter for database tracking.

Citizen election fraud investigators are coalescing across multiple states sharing information, fraud profiles and actual data. We are helping with fraud investigative expertise and search technology beyond anything commercially available.

30
DaveMastor 30 points ago +31 / -1

Being able to connect and visualize this data beyond just graphs and paragraphs would be extremely powerful!

It's one thing to say that certain people comitted fraud, but it's more more effective to show: here are all these different people associated with major instances of fraud... AND here's how they were all interacting with eachother.

It helps to take this out of "that's just a coincidence" to "there's no way it wasn't fraud" for normies, and that is very powerful.

21
SurfingUSA [S] 21 points ago +23 / -2

This is a magnificent synthesis.

If Sally and Billy Bob are union buddies, and each apparently has 700 Biden "voters" living in their 1-bedroom apartment, the normies' heads asplode.

13
current_horror 13 points ago +17 / -4

The normies don’t exist. Anyone still denying fraud at this point is a card-carrying marxist, and they don’t care what you can prove. Leftists entered “do whatever we want because you won’t shoot us” territory in 2016. Guess what the only solution to this problem is?

8
DaveMastor 8 points ago +9 / -1

Normies outnumber conservatives and liberals combined.

4
LarryBugman 4 points ago +4 / -0

I’d agree with you on that generally, but then normies do split in the exact same fashion, to vaguely right and vaguely left.

Those still left denying the fraud in spite of everything do so because they prefer to, I think. They’re not still in play, whereas I think most of your right sided normies are receptive to the idea but aren’t really motivated about it.

8
DaveMastor 8 points ago +8 / -0

Yes.

Normies by definition are going to be some majority percentage of the middle. In most cases they're fairly decent people - just uninformed by the designs of the media. If they're shown the truth about the election, it's despicable enough that they'd be outraged. That's why at first they has such wide support for BLM after Floyd, until the truth of the situation leaked out like a silent but deadly one. They were outraged because of the false story of a police officer "murdering someone by kneeling on their neck for 9 minutes over a counterfeit 20" - which if that was the actual truth AND the full extent of that truth, WOULD be outrageous. But we all know that's neither the truth, nor the full story. And when little inklings of that came out, it was just enough to blunt the pitchforks of outrage.

The will react, just not as strongly as those on either side of the spectrum, by definition of them being normies (or the average middle) - however, cheating, especially in such a way as the left has done, is deeply offensive to virtually everyone that isn't directly benefiting from it. The trick is getting the data presentable in such a way that the reality of it become undeniable and viral. Right now just enough doubt has been presented by the left to keep normies in their complacency chairs.

Remember, this is the same country that lost their SHIT over a ball that was deflated a little bit during "the big game".

1
Original_Dankster 1 point ago +1 / -0

I kind of doubt that. I think almost everybody has chosen a tribe, even if they're not ideological. It's a culture war now, between people who value safety and sentiment over freedom and logic, vs the people who value the exact opposite. I don't think there are that many "normies" left.

1
DaveMastor 1 point ago +1 / -0

Even if you factor in all the fake Biden voters, less then half of the country voted in the last election, and a LOT of the people who did vote were normies.

13
GlockArm 13 points ago +18 / -5

Simple.

CNN will go: "Fact check! Conspiracy sourrounding faked adresses have been DEBOONKED"

Anyone posting the data will be banned from any mainstream media.

And it will become accepted "fact".

The normies won't hear about this. And when they do, CNN-esques will just tell them "lol nuh uh" and they'll fall back into their comfort zone and never question it for a second.

It'll take two seconds for their preferred sources to go "lol no it didn't happen just trust us look the judge won't even take the case see?" and that's it. Just like every other blatantly criminal case that's happened thus far.

In ALL but one case Republicans controlled the legislatures in the key states where the election was stolen. They betrayed, yet again, their voters and facilitated the fraud. They are criminals.

The Republican party is irreparably corrupt, anti-American and treasonous. It needs to be destroyed and replaced.

All you have to be able to say is something akin to "We have documented, irrefutable evidence that 15,000 ballots in this state were cast from people living in a total of 300 PO Box addresses. Those 50+ person mailboxes sure are crowded!"

At that point, no self-proclaimed "independent" will be able to look at the election the same way again. Once we win over these people, the far-left won't have enough people on their side anymore.

And we can finally get Voter ID passed.

Why aren't courts concerned about the reluctance of certain state election officials to turn over ballots for an audut? The state governments are acting as if the ballots are their private property when infact ballots are public property as long as the voters identity is not revealed.

To find mail-in ballot fraud one would be wise to familiarize themselves with the process. A majority of the mail-in ballots in this country are manufactured in a plant in Phoenix AZ called Runbeck Election Services.

Here’s a video of the ballot manufacturing process: Building of a Ballot

A key factor would appear to be the envelopes that the ballots are mailed in. Those envelopes are printed with QR Codes (ballot type & precinct) and addresses of a county’s registered voters. Before mailing Runbeck runs the envelopes through high speed cameras to ensure that everything is valid.

One needs to remember that once a ballot is removed from the envelope the connection between a specific voter and their vote is lost as all ballots are anonymous. However the envelopes contain all the information necessary to determine, post-election, if fraud has occurred.

There are citizen arrest statutes in many states that would allow a citizen to petition the Court for an arrest warrant for another citizen if the Court is provided evidence of a crime. If there are citizens interested in doing so, voter fraud cases could be brought by local people against those who violate voting laws by casting dozens of votes from their single family home, apartment or post office box.

I understand your point ... Scott Adams and Mike Lindell all of 'em with their endless tick-tocks .... Here's what is different .... the actual preview in JAY VALENTINE's reveal that they are NAILING DOWN Billy and Sally and Mortimer doing INDUSTRIAL LEVEL address fakery ...

And then the Secy's of State blundering around like dinosaurs in peanut butter .....

We are going to break into the Normie Bubble and then it's sayonara Biden.

This is all great, and laudable. But who can ever do anything about it? I see nothing getting done and if someone tried, they would be slowly picked off by the machine to the point of losing all bank accounts, jobs, and anything else of value - including their good names. The only hope I can see is that the entire country will crash into the stone age, and then hopefully small groups can rebuild mankind just to repeat all the same mistakes over again

Where are they going to take that evidence where someone will care about it? SCOTUS?

Nixon's resignation did not involve Scotus. Nor have hundreds of regime changes throughout history. A restless populace is not a good foundation for an illegitimate regime.

Well let's go, then, I can't take much more of this.
