Why aren't courts concerned about the reluctance of certain state election officials to turn over ballots for an audut? Are there not laws regarding how an audit is to be conducted, and a timeline for when? The state governments are acting as if the ballots are their private property when infact ballots are public property as long as the voters identity is not revealed.
