114 Seems the 13 & 15 year old teen girls who murdered the Uber Eats driver will be offered plea deal for charges of felony murder & armed carjacking. Police Chief & others say teens are treated differently as they can be rehabilitated in ways adults can’t. This is about justice, not rehabilitation.
