Mask mandate is over but you put one on? And you did so as you were leaving? Confused...

But good job standing up to your fellow congregants/parishioners nevertheless. It isn’t easy. My wife and I, and kids, stood out like a sore thumb at our church for awhile. Eventually a few others stopped wearing masks. Even if just a few get courage then it’s a win. People don’t even realize how much they miss smiling faces

Yeah I was all for this until he wrote that he put a mask on anyway. What the heck, man?

I don't wear a mask in any of the stores I go to. I smile at folks and that makes them smile in return. People love seeing smiles. Folks take of their own masks when they see me because it takes only one person with courage to embolden others who feel downtrodden.

My church is at about half and half. Can’t wait to see everyone maskless. But there is also a schism happening within the church due to politics. Half of these Catholics are real humans and don’t wear masks. A quarter of those who wear masks just do it to make that elderly couple feel better. And some are controlled by fear from the media. The next generation will face more problems than we have and that scares me

No masks in my church except for 2 elderly ppl. The other 150 ppl were maskless. This is in Oregon too.
