This has been my point this whole time. If I am sick, I'll stay home and take precautions to try to keep others from getting sick, even if it's not a very serious illness. Maybe I'd even wear a mask if I had to go somewhere (an actually useful mask, not the ones everyone is wearing)... But having to act like everyone is sick when almost no one is sick is insanity and tyranny.
