I’m the PP lead for the 2020 mission, so it is my job and my team’s job to make sure that we build, test, launch and Land the hardware in a way that keeps the spacecraft clean. The Perseverance rover can only carry a limited amount of biological material from Earth to make sure we can preserve the natural environment on Mars.

How about helping to defend the the United States of America from the Communist Chinese first !
