I’m with not guilty. These high profile cases never go the way the narrative leans. Court cases were my first red pill. OJ Simpson, Casey Anthony, George Zimmerman, etc media cry’s guilty and nope they all walk.

Evidence is just coming out. Experts on Police use of force and medical care haven't testified yet. I think the order of events is defense doesn't get to call witnesses until after prosecution is done calling theirs?

Hopefully the jury can take all this in before deciding either way.

No way murder charges stick.

Could be. Manslaughter 2 and 3 are specifically charged, but any lesser charge is automatically on the table in MN. I don't know what lesser charges that might include.

4 days of expert testimony later, lots of facts established now. I think murder can maybe be beat, but unintentional or negligent manslaughter may be hard. Did you see the testimony?

Defense hasn't had their turn to call any witnesses yet, we'll see ...

Today was a smashing success for the prosecution! I can't wait for the defense. Prosecution looked like shit until today!

You can't get 2nd degree murder charges on a dude who is doing his job and bumped into a. Criminal as a response to a citizen call for help.
