I do agree with some of what you've said but the election hasn't just been certified. Biden has been sworn in. That is completely different. If they had taken back the electors before the 20th than it would have been more straight forward. While it hasn't happened before. States might be able to challenge biden's right to hold office. This would get him out but again it wouldnt get Trump in. Next is a new election option which is possible. It would be uncharted terrority and honestly would depend on how hard the states fight back and what they demand to be done. TX and FL would probably lead the pack.

To get a new election, someone is going to have to order that to happen. Do you think the same SCOTUS who refused to step on the State Legislatures toes (that's being kind to SCOTUS) will do so? They have no authority to oversee elections.

it's fake news based on how the legal system functions. Dominion says in their filings that she is stating X/Y/Z are FACTS, so it's slander. Sydney comes back saying she's not stating them as facts, but rather as her opinion based on affidavits and still need to go through the court process to hear it all in totality, so not slander. Basically if it's slander, then you could never bring a case against anyone because saying anything negative would be slander because it's not yet proven (but if you try to prove it, it's slander!).
