NYC Schools are discriminating against your child, by forcing consent under duress to be tested in school (external testing by doctors NOT accepted), or they won’t be allowed on school grounds and shifted to Remote Learning. This violates your legal right for Prior, Free and Informed Consent and is the definition of Discrimination.

My kid’s school did this to my child because I refused to consent to their forced testing. In response, I drafted this Attachment 1, and handed it in with the signed consent form. Next to my signature in the consent form, I added the following: “*Contingent on the conditions in Attachment 1”.

The assistant principal made faces and at first refused to accept it until I notified her that I’m aware of my legal rights, and will bring a Class Action lawsuit, naming her. She accepted the consent form with the Attachment, and my child will be going back onsite to school.

If you were put in this position, and your child has been moved to Remote Learning, use this form and do what I did. Hope this helps.
