That's how it is in Kentucky. half of the people are completely maskless, the rest are about a 50/50 split on correctly wearing one/wearing it on their chin
I think I hate the people who wear them improperly even more. They clearly dont care or believe in the mask, they are just fucking cowards.
I'd take 50% over almost 100% compliance like where I am!
