The announcement came in an order list and without a written explanation of the court’s reasoning.

Yeah, something tells me "sorry we're hypocritical as fuck and not a legitimate court anymore, plus Biden' feelings are getting hurt since he can't block the meanies on twitter due to this ruling" wouldn't have gone over that well.
