The decision in fact, doesn't mean Biden can now just block everyone and anyone he wants. It, very specifically states that Trump and specifically Trump can now once again operate his social media accounts (Implying he still has them lmao) in his capacity as a private citizen.
The original complaint was lodged not for the @POTUS twitter account, but the @realdonaldtrump twitter account.
Pending further confirmation, Biden is still blocked from banning people from the POTUS twitter account. Biden's ability to block people on his @joebiden account is somewhat in the twillight zone.
I mean it didn’t matter anyways. The White House YouTube channel has blocked anyone from commenting and is working on removing dislikes. Criticism isn’t allowed on commies
