As a business owner, I guarantee you if I had two applicants for a job and could legally pay one less, I would hire the cheaper one. It’s just good sense for my bottom line.

Yet that isn’t the case nationwide.

Exactly, logic isn't their forte.

Why would anyone hire Men at all if they could Hire Women cheaper?

Like they do with Illegals.

Jordan Peterson blew this up a while back.

There is no gender pay gap. It's made up by snowflakes as part of their SJW war on America.

Just answer any lib pushing this shit,”So you’re telling me corporations have a pool of people willing to work for less money to do the same job, but they instead choose to pay another group more money to do the same job?”

I've had this argument. They will actually answer "yes" to this question. This is how brainwashed these people are.

Yes, that is the correct way to push back against this nonsense.

Recently it's been women and minorities getting paid more than white males.

Then looking at qualifications. The white guy is normally more qualified than either of the others.

This is why you should always choose a white doctor over a black doctor any day. Sure you have exceptions like Ben Carson, but affirmative action has rendered that choice as too much of a gamble.

It is a lie, but that is not the best way to phrase it. The world of salary workers is much different than hourly. There is no "set" salary for a position and a company can offer whatever they want depending on any factor.

If you looked at the original "Study" they compared the job of a Librarian to the job of a Businessman.

As both were "White collar jobs" or something.

I have a secondary question. Since when do we have 51 states? This map shows Wyoming as 51.

The list includes D.C. as a "state"
