Getting an ID will not deter anyone even a Black person from voting. What it will do and it terrifies the Dems is require every Illegal to actually get an ID to vote and most will be too scared to show up at polling station.

Yea back in the day you had to be a land owner to vote. Now you should need to atleast graduate high school and no more than 2-4 years of college.
