Every state has a militia. Patriot groups in your state can point you in the right direction.
One of the state's created a milita, I thought it was Virginia but I'm not sure. I was laughing though because it was said that everyone could be in the militia and carry a gun if they were legally allowed to have a gun. Whoops, broke your militia before it even started.

To anybody starting a militia, invest just as heavily in your PR department. I’m not kidding. We’re in an information war, and you’ll have to be proactive in getting your message out before the media can set the framing.
