If your idea of fun time with your kids is letting them play xbox or watch netflix or if you have a habit of saying "go play with your toys", then you're a boring human being and a boring parent.

My little one just helped me change brakes on my truck. Kids love to do stuff. Fishing, bowling, flying kites, side walk chalk, bike rides, ect. helping with projects and learning a skill or how to fix something is always good for them and they enjoy it if you take your time with them.
