We just flew with our 2-year-old, they didn't enforce it, but did ask me how old she was and told me that she needed to put one on. Nope - it's 2 and up on airplanes now. We just flew with our 2-year-old, they didn't enforce it, but did ask me how old she was and told me that she needed to put one on. I said ok (but didn't do anything) and that was the end of it.
