Basically, Justice Thomas has laid out a series of precedents that he believes will be key in getting any lawsuit regarding the silencing of free speech on public platforms before SCOTUS.

He did not repeal or change 230. He does not have the power to do that.

Thomas basically created a "template" that will allow people to sue the social media giants for silencing big tech more effectively than before.

All it will take is one good, successful lawsuit and 230 is done. Their armor is off.

Justice Thomas has lined up the pins. All we need is somebody to knock them down.

I think Congress would have to do something about it.

Not if a Supreme Court Justice shows a direct violation to the Constitution or Bill of Rights. SM is now open for play by their disregards for ***INALIENABLE" Rights and as such is not protected by unconstitutional bills, laws, or judgements. Thomas is SMART. This is a work around that should have been taken as soon as the violations occurred.
