I think she's got a point. If we're legalizing selling weed, anyone (not just blacks) who was convicted purely for selling weed, should get clemnecy. That said, there's almost nobody in jail who was convicted just for selling. Maybe in rural areas there are, but cops and DAs in big cities and blue states haven't even been arresting street-level dealers, much less prosecuting them for years now.
