Im from a state where its legal in all the states around me; its an economy I would love to take a part in as a captiolistic country; but since my state doesn't want to get with it in the regards I was blocked out of a multi-billion dollar emerging market. New markets aren't created like this all the time; my state has put me in a severe disadvantage.
