You are correct. He works for a growhouse. Should have been more clear. Though he does have his medicinal card and still purchases legal firearms.

Yeah I have not tried to buy any more guns since I got my mmj card(I already have plenty). Some guys tell me its no go some guys tell me its fine. Technically if you read the law it specifically bucks against the federal definition but we both know who wins in those disputes.......Also I beleive they got fpsRussia since he had alot of NFA items(still bs tho)

Yeah but is there a law saying you can't own firearms if you're a medical marijuana card holder? That's what OP is saying. Sounds like your friend is a producer so perhaps things are different.
