PA first had the law as having to relinquish the ability to purchase guns/hold ccw license for 10 years. Police were given access to some firearm database if I’m not mistaken, can’t even remember what it was. At least people here made enough of a fuss and highlighted the unconstitutionality and both of those stipulations were removed. Not 100% but it was something like that
