That's not the point, really, if you've never bought pot with your state ID, you can lie all you want - it's the people who have bought with a state ID that are fucked - if they lie on the form, it's double felony bonanza.
It's not like they're drug testing to get guns...yet. It's the "buy pot with the State ID" that's the issue here.

Trust me they aren't scanning everyone's ID to buy pot. At least in California.
I'm not a smoker/use, even though I voted to legalize it. I thought it was like liquor stores, where they swipe your ID? No? I have no idea.
