You'll notice that the stats on the control groups in these studies are not being reported on. My guess is kids 12-15 who were not vaccinated probably were also 100% COVID negative.

My hypothesis that a positive or negative COVID test (but epsecially a positive one) has fuck all to do with whether you have COVID or not.
