These employees need to lose their jobs. These people have become so embolden projecting their own irrational fears onto other people.

They will. Just that there won't be a twatter video about it.

The airline has a vested interest in NOT making their customers uncomfortable. This particular video already happened; can't undo that. All they can do is try and prevent it from happening again--by firing anybody who has already done it, then screening later employees to make sure they're not likely to be the next one to do it.
